How we started
It was on a trip to Paris that my daughter and I decided to take a French Maracon cooking class. Little did we know that it would become a passion. We started making macarons for ourselves and friends when we got back home. Then we were asked to make them for parties, weddings and later for a catering business.
We are proud of our product. Only the best, freshest ingredients are used. Custom packaging is available for weddings or party favors. We are always coming up with new and exciting flavors for our macarons. Maybe you tasted some amazing ones on a trip to Europe. Tell us your favorite. I bet we can make them even better than you remember.
There's a 24 mininum order and we charge a $1 per cookie. So do the math and place your order. They're better freshly made and eaten in 2 to 3 days. They don't need to be refrigerated yet they can be frozen up to a week or so.
Macarons are very fragil and require delicate handling. We will talk to you about how to display them at your next party. You will impress your foodie friends and ones that remember macarons from their travels. They're difficult to make so chances are people will be delighted you went through the trouble to provide them with a tasty treat, the ultimate cookie, the French Macaron.
